My name is Lisa Letsinger Pennington, This choice was mine back in July of 2016. I chose to take control!! It was through eastern and western medicine, natural supplements, prayer and my faith in Jesus. I am not a survivor but more than a "Conqueror!" Lastly, for years I have struggled with eating, dieting and my weight. I stuck my head in the sand for years and settled for a size 32 dress.
