We can all relate to that dreaded diagnosis. "You have a stage 4 tumor and it is inoperable." Right then, everything changes and you have to make a decision...Is this going to destroy me or make me stronger.

You may be the other side of the coin...the spouse, the son or daughter, mother or father. As the caregiver you are not untouched either. You are a victim too! Helpless, Confused and Not in Control. How do you make it? The only way THROUGH is TOGETHER!!

My name is Lisa Letsinger Pennington, This choice was mine back in July of 2016. I chose to take control!! It was through eastern and western medicine, natural supplements, prayer and my faith in Jesus. I am not a survivor but more than a "Conqueror!" This is my family, my mom, dad, son and his wife with our grandson. My husband and our daughter with her two fur-babies. We all live in Texas, Love the Longhorns and Dallas Cowboys of course! Lastly, for years I have struggled with eating, dieting and my weight. I stuck my head in the sand for years and settled for a size 32 dress. But inside the pain and lack of self confidence was tormenting. Of course after the cancer I lost a huge amount of weight...but then I found my self in stravation mode trying to maintain the weight loss. It was only after changing my mindset and working on what would work for me along with the New Metabolic System did I find true freedom.
